Dr. Bora brings over 25 years of business management experience, both domestically and internationally, in Accounting and Finance, Corporate Business Strategy, Marketing, and Sales. He has extensive overseas experience, having led customer retention management and Sales War Room initiatives with Celcom Axiata in Malaysia. Dr. Bora is a business consultant and coach, supporting SMEs and large enterprises in transforming their businesses and exploring future growth opportunities in both local and international markets.

Currently, Dr. Bora is a Business Strategy and Finance Advisor, Board of Director and Chief Operational Officer at Santepheap Dental Clinic one of Cambodia’s leading Dental clinic covering of 6 branches found since 2007, Director at Y.A.I Trading Co., Ltd and Business Strategy and Finance Advisor to LPGas Engineering Enterprise Co., Ltd. leading LPG provider and LPG engineering since 2016.

Dr. Bora likes to share his knowledge to Public via his social media and lecturing at leading university, Norton University and Institution of Finance and Accounting (IFA)

He is known for integrating advanced HR metrics with business and trading performance, building a culture of precision, accountability, and ethical excellence. His leadership ensures that technical capabilities are strengthened by disciplined operations and long-term resilience.

Prior to his current role, he served as Head of HR at AEON Cambodia Co., Ltd and TH Group, and as HR Advisor to Lotus Green Team. His diverse background enables him to bridge the gap between people and performance—driving growth through culture, strengthening compliance frameworks, and developing scalable, high-performing organizations.

His core expertise includes organizational development, change management, strategic workforce planning, and risk mitigation, positioning him as a leader who transforms human capital into a key driver of business success.
